A: Personal care services are hands-on services that assist a person with critical day-to-day activities that they are unable to perform on their own. Often referred to as Activities of Daily Living ( ADL’s ) these services will frequently be enough to allow a person to remain in their own home, rather than transfer to assisted living or a nursing home.
A: Most often, those receiving personal home care services include the elderly, persons with disabilities, patients recovering from injury or illness and those with chronic conditions, such as dementia and Alzheimer’s.
A: Yes, all caregivers are Loving Leaders employees. As such, they are covered by Loving Leaders workers compensation and liability insurance policies.
A: After meeting with the client and family, Loving Leaders creates a caregiving plan, specific to the client’s needs. This is reviewed with the caregiver prior to assignment. Along with a Service plan folder given to every client that stays within their homes, also a mobile charting app that allows our administration staff to monitor all care.
A: Loving Leaders accepts Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, all Waiver programs, Workers Compensation, Long-Term Care Insurance, Private Health Insurance, and Private Pay.
